Glacier National Park, Montana, USA.
2016, Digital Collage.
High mountains are rarely reached by the average person and so they become a symbol of stoicism, strength, and mystery. The original images were taken with a Leica camera and a reversed lens handheld over the fixed lens, creating an ethereal and almost voyeuristic distortion of the high mountains, feeling both in reach and at the same time, quite untouchable.
OPEN EDITION: 8x12". Signed and dated on verso, Printed on Hahnemühle archival fine art cotton paper with archival giclée ink, Open Edition prints are affordable, archival, and made with the same attention to detail as Limited Edition prints. They are a great alternative to the casual collector and are very high quality.
FRAMING: 12x16 aluminum picture frame, silver colored frame with ivory mat board.
